i've seen my uncle a few times, and my wife has seen her grandparents although not at the same time, but my mum always says that if u never did them any harm when they were alive, then they wont harm you when they're gone! so i personally think that if u loved them when they were alive, then they will probably just come back to let you know they're ok now and not to worry about them

I feel the same way as Miss Flossy.
He's letting you know that he's okay, and you should let go of any guilt you are harboring.

do you not think because you blame your self for his passing is why you get depressed, if you came to relise it was,nt your fault, then maybe your depression would have its cure

I know, it is easier said than done.

You keep blaming yourself Cockeye, and nothing is going to be left of you.
You'll become an empty shell.

Who do you want to win this battle?
You, a living breathing work of art, or depression a clinical term?

Put your gloves on a give it your best.
