i used to work in hotels. all of them have something, most buildings do anyway.
the last one i was in housekeeping(sigh) someone has to do it.
anyway its an old hotel, not that that matters in the slightest. lots of things happen there.
once i was sitting on the floor reading a newspaper waiting to go home in a corridor. id finnished my bedrooms.
there are fire doors each end of this corridor and when they open you hear the whoosh and noise of the doors closing into the frame.
well i felt a cold breeze go over my outstretched legs. i never heard the door open, if i had i would have stood up and made believe i was putting the newspaper in the rubbish bag. no one else was in that corridor working with me.
i then run about like a mad woman looking for the cold breeze. i didnt find it.
the laundry room, sometimes in the morning the clean sheets would be thrown all over the place. this is not something we would have left the day before. it would take too much time looking for the correct item if it was a mess.
downstairs in the restaurant part, public and staff would see spirts sitting at tables in corners.
sometimes staff would go crazy and aks every member of staff this"who moved the cutlery off table ?" no one of course. seems cutlery and chairs would be moved about. thii snt nice when you have loads of tables to set. very long winded job and dead boring too.
public have also stepped over the large dog that is not there and look round to see why it moved and its not there.
children have been heard running about the upstairs corridors.
great place to work. lots of fun.
most haunted contacted the owner but he declined thinking it would put off people staying there. silly man. |
