What the heck is going on here?

Once a member of my family was telling me about a weird encounter they had, and I find it impossible to explain.

So the story is, her kid was sleeping in her cot (about 1 yr old at the time)and there was no way she could climb out, and no way she could reach the mobile hanging above her cot. Then in the middle of the night the baby came into her room holding the mobile!

Needless to say they were freaked out by this. Her husband then decided to sleep on the spare bed in the childs room to keep an eye on things. Later that night he woke up and saw a woman on the end of the bed in what he said looked like victorian dress adn she was crying. Then he watched her for a few moments and she dissapeared.

Is there a rational explanation for all this? And if there is a spirit involved, why, and how would it lift the child from the cot?

Sounds like the woman could have lost a baby or died in child birth (just a thought). She does not seem to want to hurt the child but takes some care with it. I'd say you got a victorian ghost.

I sense this lady is called Lizzie, she had a boy child who died of pneumonia whilst he was new born, his name was Frederick. Lizzie wears a green and white checked long skirt and white blouse. All she wants is to see Frederick and is a bit confused as your child is not the child she is looking for, but she keeps searching.

as a tot i used to actually clim out of my cot , my father also sat up in my room to see how i managed it .
I had worked out how to rock over the edge .
Im not saying that this tot has done the same but it is possible .

However the father seeing a ghost is a different story and he see saw in detail.
Im interested to know more about how Krazy can sense all this ghosts lady's background story ..

Thanks for your interest Tana. Its just what I sense. I have been sensing things for many years now. Far to many. ha ha. I sort of have a minds eye, where I can see/maybe imagine these people, what they look like, what their names are. I might be wrong as I am not saying that I am absolutely sure, but its just what I pick up. I usually pick quite alot up whilst doing vigils in haunted locations. I can get affected by spirit also. I wouldnt say I was a medium, even tho some people say I am, but more of a sensitive, who feels the emotions of spirits.

you like to go ghost haunting often ? i would love to go on one but none of my friends are into it like me.

i think i am a little sensitive as its always me that gets weird stuff happen to me .
poked in the back / side often in my fathers house .

Yes I have been a member of a paranormal group for four years now. I really enjoy it and its also like a social event where I meet like minded people. Our next investigation is Hack Green Nuclear Bunker in Cheshire in a couple of weeks. BTW I have done the Gallerys Of Justice in Nottingham, that was quite good.
