For those that believe in the ET hypothesis I intend to pose a series of questions that challenges basic science and sits uncomfortably in certain beliefs:
If aliens are representative of a vastly advanced technology - why do their craft glow in both daylight and night time?.

Why do the armies, airforces and navies of the worlds advanced nations strive to develop stealth technology so that their people/craft can't be seen/detected yet these massively advanced aliens don't have the ability to hide their craft?
Why do some ufo pics show no glow to the craft and others do?
Even the relatively backward Klingons had a cloaking device.

I've never watched star trek, but as for the pics - only the older pics can be taken seriously (1970s and before) with all the easy effects etc nowadays.
Again maybe they can, but they simply don't want to hide their craft (well not all of them all the time) - they want to show us they are here. |

Actually Cactus might be right, they are trying to be seen.
I also think the the air molecules around the ship somehow gets exited and at night glowing is a side effect.
Maybe its for communication as fish in the abyss glow? |

Cactus, I'm a professional photographer. I've worked in print film (in the old days when you could develop your own photographs) and digital media. Trust me - people have been faking photographs since the early years of photography and pre-1970's it was relatively easy to do double exposures or create models and pass them off as genuine UFO pics.
If they want to show us they are here - why have they not landed on the White House Lawn yet?.

They're super advanced Agentscott. If they don't want their craft to be seen I'll bet they have the technology to make it so.
If they want to communicate - why make their craft glow - why not simply phone?.

Another possibility is that it is impossible to make the crafts invisible, no matter how advanced. |

I've seen military technology that utilises fibre optic fabrics and coatings that renders soldiers and hardware virtually invisible. If the military are releasing that into the public domain now - then what they're working on now is at least ten years ahead of that.

Maybe the craft that glows is a decoy and they are
sneaking in through the 'backdoor'. |
