Sex and ghosts

Hi,

New to the forum, and new to this "world". Always believed in ghosts, I read somewhere that it's people in vulnerable states that have a higher chance of seeing ghosts (young, elderly and sick generally)which is a theory I personally believe in; had an operation a few years ago, got quite heavily affected by the aesthetic and had my first experience.

Anyway, this might not be the topic you expected; I've done some research into this and come across a lot of topics about people who've had sex with ghosts, but none who get contacted by ghosts after sex.

After my operation I ended up sleeping with a girl. During the night I had a really vivid dream about a person who really cared about the girl and told me some stuff about her. Didn't think much of it, was chatting to her about dreams a few weeks later and told her about my dream. Turns out a close friend of hers had recently died and what I had "heard" in my dream was quite specific to their relationship.

Put it down to a one off but.... new relationship, after sleeping with them another really vivid dream, same format, not able to tell who the person is but told some stuff, turns out someone important to them had died and again specific information. Now freaked out, but didn't happen again in our relationship.

Anyway, slept with another girl recently, had a really disturbed nights sleep. Started having another vivid dream, but this time woke with a start. Room was freezing and all my goose bumps were up, as well as what I could only describe as my "spidey sense" going ballistic. I can only describe the feeling as a presence. I froze not knowing what to do and after 10 seconds or so felt like I was by myself again. I didn't discuss what happened with the girl as I'm now well and truly freaked out, and don't want to find out I've had another dead person telling me about her.

Has anyone else ever heard of/experienced this, and can anyone give me any advice on how to stop this?

This could be due to heightened brain activity during sex leading to extra sensitive brain frequency and relaxation after sex. Most people experience interactions withing the 7 to 14Hz frequency range. Which also explains the children, elderly and ill people part as they are in these frequency ranges mot of the time. You may be a sort of receiver for interactions at a sleeping level and having what can only be described as mediumship abilities while in a sleep state. Once your dream state drops into deep sleep you would be well into lower brain frequency ranges, which are related to spirit contact interactions,but you wouldn't remember those. Only the interactions on the way in and out.
Sex also produces endorphins which will also put you into a state of reception. Not burned off before sleep, these chemicals will be laying around until needed. These will in turn cause a heightened feeling of experience once you awake and make it all seem a whole lot more weird and even scary.
