Mexican fire devil

Supposedly captured at a fire in Mexico. The item on fire is a Taxi and as you can see a rather unusual face has popped up in the photo.

Welcome back Bitter, look at the near top center of the pick. To the upper right of the firemans head. Looks like a devil face "as" the flame.
