Ok so #i never really took any notice of it, but #i every now and again, I feel as if someone is following me, not the one, even when I know ther isnt, I almost "feel" they are there, and can tell where I think they are, and sometimes, I hear someone shout to me, not that audible as to what though, though the latter has not happened much. But that has always been there, but recently my "experiences have worsened, Today for example, I felt someoene put their hand on my leg, but could see noone was, and then all day I heard breathing, no gasping, periodically every 10 or so minutes, but when my mom got home she heard nothing, I am sorry if im making little sense, but im beginning to feel worried when these things happen. |

Welcome the the forums mooncow.
I would have to agree that it is a relative just letting you know they are there. |

I sense that it is a grandmother type person. Elderly lady quite small, glasses, grey short curly hair, who has trouble with her legs. She means you no harm. I also get the name Mary connected to this lady. |

Thats strange Flossy. The only thing I could put that down to, is maybe you were reading the same post, as I was on reading it, and I picked up on it, or its just coincidence. |

Ok Flossy, Would you mind if I tried a little experiment? You dont have to answer these questions if you dont want to, but I would just like to try something out that I am feeling. I may be completely wrong. But its all just a bita fun anyhow.
I have a connection with the name Rob and a Mick to you
A large dog, could be a German Shepheard
A guy who drives a delivery van
Someone who recently came back from The Canary Isles, they got quite sun burnt and are paying for it now.
Liz who works in a salon. Could be a hairdressers, or maybe one of those places you go to to go on a sunbed/nails etc.
Tesco?
Someone riding a motorcycle.
I would be interested if you could give me some feed back. I am most probably wrong, but hey worth given a go. |

Ok ok. Well there is a guy who has a season ticket for the footy. and someone who has been trying to get a job but to no avail. I also get the name Pete and the name Jenny. Someone working in a market on a stall. Someone just been or is going to a theatre to see a musical. Also someone is thinking about going to a rock concert. But are concerned as the tickets are mighty expensive. I have an old guy in spirit his name I think is Joe, or Jim. His eyesight was pretty bad, but now he is in spirit it is fine. He liked the odd bet or two. |

Hi mooncow,
Please don't get too hung up on your feelings that someone is following you. It's a fairly common trait but the more you think about it the more you will perceive that it's real but rest assured it's not.
I go walking a lot, often on my own in woods or on hills and I often get the same feeling. The danger is that if you dwell on it you will imagine it more.
Perhaps an informal chat with your GP will set your mind at rest. FRom what you have posted there is absolutely no reason to believe that your experience has any sinister or paranormal undertones.
