New to the forum

Hi guys & girls my name is Mark, i extremly interested in ghosts & the paranormal after have a few things happen to me which I cannot explain...Its nice to find a place to chat with like minded people Smile

Well 3 things have happened to me that are abit on the strange side, the 1st thing happened when i was about 7rs old, I had a dog called Billy....1 day whilst I was at school Billy has gotten out of our back garden, he had got run over & killed.....That night I had got into bed & I felt something move down by my feet (at this stage i would like to mention that billy used to sleep on my bed with me) as I looked at the end of my bed Billy was curled up as he normally was, I sat up & as i did so Billy started to rise from the end of my bed into the air as he was rising he sat up & stared hard at me...He carried on rising till he went through the ceiling??? I know some of you out there might think I was dreaming but I assure you that I wasn't.

The 2nd thing to happen to me was when I was at secondary school, I went to Sandown Court Community College & on the same site as the school was a building called Tower Lodge, it was a four story early Victorian red bricked mansion that the school had taken over & was using for the 6th form for a place for them to study...Anyway we had heard rumors that the place was haunted, doors banged, lights would go on & off by themselves....the caretaker would lock up at night to find the front door unlocked & open when he returned in the morning....One day myself & a friend of mine decided to go explore, we ended up finally in the attic which was used then mostly for storage purposes..we explored through two rooms only to find nothing but school supplies..we ventured into the 3rd & final room where we noticed that it was extremely cold in this room much colder than the others we had been in.....This room was pretty empty apart from a rocking chair placed in the corner of the room....We was both about to leave to room & then the building when we noticed the rocking chair moving by itself at this point I would have gotten the hell out of there but for some reason me nor my friend could not move....The rocking became more & more frequent & as it did so we could start to make out a figure of an elderly woman dressed in old fashion clothes sitting in the chair & looking out the window...at this point we was both crapping ourselves & whatever was stopping us from leaving released us & we both made a hasty retreat outside....Unfortunatly the building has now been demolished & no matter how hard I look I cannot find any history on the place so I will never find any clues to who this elderly woman might of been.

The 3rd & final thing that happened to me was when I was out on a Jolly driving about in my car, 1 of my friends said that there was a disused church near to where we were & suggested that we drive up there to have a look....for anybody that is interested on going there themselves its located between Tonbridge & Paddock Wood on the old A21 Duel carrageway...Any we had driven up a dark lane that leaded to this church & I had parked my car so the headlights illuminated the front of the church as this was late at night, we had all got out the car at this point my mum & what was my girlfriend at the time went to look around the graveyard as did my friend, I decided to walk strait up to the front door just to see if i could get into the church....Unfortunatly it was locked so I decided to head back to my car & wait for everybody else to return as I turned round I felt whats can be described as a burning sensation on the back of mt head...Against my better judgement I Turned around & I really wish that I hadn't now because what saw still makes the hair on the back of my heck stand up & as I write this I have a lump im my throat...what I whitnessed was I would describe as a coweled monk....I could see it in extreme detail, its feet & its hands but what scared me the most is the fact that it was faceless just a empty hole where its head should be & I knew this wasn't of this world because I could see the front door of the church through it!!!! At this point I thought enough was enough & I ran as fast as I could back to my car & started to sound my horn in an attempt to get everyone back to my car....I could see whatever this figure was had begun to move towards when I was so I decided just to go.....I did leave everyone there for a small amount of time in the darkness untill i summonded up the courage to drive back up the lane...when I got back to where everybody had gathered the figure had gone???? Needless to say I have never & will ever venture back that that church ever again!!!

I hope that you find my experiances an interesting?? I swear that what I have written here is the truth & if anybody has any questions I would be happy to answer then Smile

wow theres some scary experinces youve had there lol
the first one was maybe your dog saying good bye seen as he left so quickly
its a shame about the house been dimolished, did you ever go back?
i dont know what to say about the third one only that it must of been some sight for you to drive off and leave everyone there lol
why dont you try going back in daylight and take a few pictures Wink

Hi Mark, welcome to World of Ghosts. How do you know you weren't dreaming when you saw the ghost of your dog and how reliable is your memory from X number of years ago?.
