I was having nap in the noon at around 2pm and had this weird experience. I was very much in my consciousness and was having some dream kind of thing happening. Twice I felt my body numb and floating. I could see my body down lying on the bed. I was in full conscious but I couldn’t move any part of my body. I was gasping for air for sometime and was able to move my hand first. It took more than 10 minutes for me get back to normal as my body was numb. |

Thats a bit underhanded Cactus!
This sounds like a genuine astral projection and I hear that is quite possible.
I can't do it myself but think there could well be something in it. |

Thanks for fighting for me. But Cactus, I don’t understand what is contradictory in my post. This was my experience and how can you call it a SH***T?. I am not creating any stories and I can’t search for logics behind what I have experienced. If you have an answer please respond, if not please do not discourage. |

Cactus is quite closed minded Cuddly. Don't take his comments too seriously. I think he suffers from mood swings .
As far as your initial post goes - you were dreaming IMO.

cuddly, I have had sleep paralysis several times, night and day times. It happens to my dad as well. I fall asleep and wake up and can open my eyes but can't move my body, it only lasts for a few seconds and then I fall asleep again. I'm not sure if I really am awake or if it's just a dream though, but it seems real at the time. |

I can never understand why people who poke fun out of a thread make continuous posts on the thread in question.
Perhaps they like the attention that they never had in their childhood.
Or is that my job shining through. |
