Video Sent into project-reveal, taken from a schools CCTV Camera,
The Sender, said this isn't a "fly" they have decent camera's and have seen flys at night, and said this isn't the case.

Lee steer from project-reveal said the alternative is that is a fly.. depending on the size and distance of the fly is why it shows like it does?
Please share your comments what do you think it is?

Sorry but it moves like a fly or other insect. It's quite eratic and I've seen plenty of flies move in a similar fashion to this. In my own experience, orbs tend to move in a straight line, or are very slow, or very fast, again, moving in one direction. And then, these orbs could be attributed to dust particles as well. I don't tend to trust orbs. There's too much miniscule particles moving in the air. Of course, they're gonna show up on cameras and such because there's only so much the naked eye can see.

I'm a big believer of ghosts. I class myself as 80% believer and 20% sceptic. And sorry to say this but I've jumped straight to fly/insect.

Have you tried consulting an expert on orbs - maybe someone who's written a book on the subject?

It cannot possibly be a fly. Like all orbs it is a wholly out-of-focus object close to the lens and illuminated by a light source from the camera.
A fly is too big to create that effect, so it must be a very small airborne insect.

The "orb" hovers and a fly wouldn't hover, but a small flying insect would. At first I thought it could be spider trying to create a web around the camera, but I'd say a small flying insect.

Id definatley say a small insect, it passes close to the camera(infront of the bar), if it was an orb, surely it wouldnt of passed so close.

MPO, surely a fly, regardless of the size is classed as an insect and the vast mojority of flys could hover.

Sorry, just to clarify. I meant I didn't think it was a normal house fly, but another flying insect. House flies don't hover, but some other flying insects do.
