I was looking at some back posts, and ran across the one with you and your "friend" Green.

You looked beautiful and full of life!

It's hard for me to picture you in a downer mood! Confused

i loved the swim with Green too.. i was truly happy in that picture.... it was very healing... i see you cant picture me on a downer..... i always look like that...... the world knows me as a place to go to cheer up... they dont know the nightmares below the service... i am an activities coordinator for a emi nursing home....(people at the end of life) and i take them out on trips and get entertainments inhouse for them and do lots of funky things .... cooking or crafts... but underneath is as much dark as there is light ... but i have got better even today.... the dark is lifting and i am a little better..... i pray a lot..... ha ha ha ...

you have the name billie and a best and beautiful gift from God was my lovely Billy... he died at 42... very sad... and i can honestly say i miss him all the time.... he was funny, naughty and comfortable to be with......
i have seen him in dreams though.... a couple of times.... i wish you more happiness than he had......

OK, heres how:

Ok, here is how to do it. I like this site cause you can post a lot of pics the size of thumbnails without taking up a lot of forum space. First go to:

http://www.imageshack.us/

Click on the "browse" button and locate the photo you wish to upload. Once you find the image and it is in the address window, click on "host it"

A new window will appear with a lot of address lines. Choose the one marked "

You will see lines of addresses looking something like this:

Please use clickable thumbnail codes (they save ImageShack's bandwidth):
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Thumbnail for Websites
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Thumbnail for forums (1)
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Thumbnail for forums (2)
Link back to ImageShack or use the banners and buttons.

Choose the one labled : thumbnail for Websites, highlight and copy that address, it will look something like this:

[IMG] http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/993/emoticonmo bileku6.th.gif[/IMG]

Paste this into the area you type in and the picture will appear small on the forum, whoever wants to look at it can click on it and a larger image will appear.

If you are posting a smiley or something small, click on the line that starts like:
[URL= and make sure that it DOES NOT say "Thumbnail for" at the end. This will get you what you need. It seems much but you will get the hang of it quite quickly.
