Is This A Ghost?

Hi. I'm new. I would like you to take a look at my photo. It was taken by my daughters boyfriend. He was given an assignment of taking photo's for his photography A level exam. He chose to take photo's in the church graveyard next to the college. There was no one around when he took the pics. But when the photo's were developed this is what was there. I can clearly see a man standing with his back to the camera on the left side of the photo. He seems to have a bag on his back. I must admit it has freaked us all out. As we cannot explain this photo at all. I would love to hear what you all think.

looks like a long exposure with something moving through the frame. Prob not a ghost.

Shutter lag for sure, I'm not convinced that he did not catch something in it. If no one else was around, what can you say looks like a full body in the picture?
