Jim Kennedys research dates from the late 70's to the early 80's - 30 years ago.
You said that equipment had been tested and shown to record paranormal phenomena - Jim Kennedy's work doesn't deal with that - not recently as far as I can make out.
I think the folks on here are wanting to see that their EMF meters will really detect ghosts or if they've bought a device that merely detects electrical fields like wiring, phone cables, outside powerlines etc.
There are loads of paranormal research organisations carrying out degrees of research from the highly dubious to the almost serious - the internet is full of them but that doesn't mean their research methods are accurate and their evidential conclusions would be acceptable to the mainstream scientific community.
Most Haunted is not a documentary about serious paranormal investigation any more than Thunderbirds is an accurate portrayal of a real life international rescue team

Hi Iain,
Which departments within the Government are funding research into the paranormal? I need to check your information.
Thanks
