The Nazis were certainly producing some innovative aircraft designs by the closing stages of WW2. If aircraft such as the Me 262 Schwalbe had been produced a little earlier and in sufficient numbers then the outcome of the war may have been different.
They had already proved that they had mastered the basics of rocket technology with the V2 rocket and the earlier Doodlebug.
They were also involved in far more exotic technologies however these were experimental rather than practical and there are various conspiracy theories surrounding these.
Probably the best book for anyone wanting to gain a better insight into the advanced technologies the Nazis were working on is The Hunt for Zero Point by Nick Cook.
Whether the Nazis developed an operational aircraft that we would now call a 'flying saucer' is debateable. There is also some evidence to suggest that they may have been responsible for some of the more credible reports of Foo Fighters by allied pilots and again this is covered in the book mentioned above.
