Hi folks

I am loot, just registered. I am taking thousands of pictures of Orbs and I really want to know more about this phenomenon. There seem to be so many different explanations for them. I am hoping to find more info here.

i can't wait to start looking around this forum!

There's only one valid explanation for orbs and that is that they are dust, moisture, insects etc and not evidence of spirits. Take a look at this link:

hi db well i was skeptical at first but i have hundreds, thousands of pics taken in the last 2 months and i just can no longer believe it's dust or water particles. i've been out in the rain also to try and debunk the whole thing but i can't get anything to look the same as the orbs. thanks for the link, i've read most of that site actually. there is the factor of the camera being digital and the flash too close to the lens etc i suppose. but still, i have some stunning images and i can't believe it's just a dust thing..

Orbs are just dust and moisture. Raindrops are too big and too fast moving to create orbs.
There's overwhelming evidence that orbs have nothing to do with ghosts or the paranormal and even numpties like Most Haunted stopped referring to them in their last few series.
Why do you think orbs really only started to appear when digital photography took off? why were orbs hardly ever seen in pictures taken by traditional film cameras?.

oh wow ok i had no idea that was going to happen!
