At the time his confessions and 'evidence' came out I was very impressed by it, almost convinced but even though it came our when I was 'a believer' there was still something that was not quite right - some aspects of his story were inconclusive and had gaps - so I investigated. Bear in mind this was pre-internet and you just couldn't look it up on the web - you had to READ about it in books and magazines, plus there was no Discovery Channels etc covering Bobs story when it originally broke.
I've studied Bob Lazars claims in detail. At the end of the day his story about Area 51 and his role in back engineering captured alien technology just does'nt cut the ice with me - too much is missing. Doubts have been legitimately cast on his credentials and basically it's 'Bobs story' nothing more.

I'd need you to provide more evidence for this Cactus. I've been to the edge of area 51 before it was further restricted in the late 90's.
I saw lights. Some lights were moving very fast but then again Groom Lake was a military test facility so that was to be expected.
I live in the Scottish Borders now and there are reports about UFO activity in 'The Peebles Triangle'. Basically - same thing.

D B Sweeney, also
Bob Lazar passed a lie detector test administered by ex-police officer Teddy Tavernetti. In an interview Tavernetti stated, "If he's lying he ought to be in Hollywood because he gave absolutely no physiological indications of a telling deception." |

One piece of a jigsaw - a piece that could easily have been faked. One piece of a jigsaw does not a full picture make.
