Hi all,im new to the forum and just looking for an answer or maybe an explanation to my incident it may not be supernatural but someone may have had same experience. At 5,0,clock this morning i woke up to intense cramp in my right calf muscle, cramp like i have never felt before infact its still aching at 21:00.Nothing strange in that you may ask but at exactly the same time my wife who was in bed and asleep next to me woke up also at exactly 5,o,clock thrashing and screaming with intense cramp in her right calf also!!I am not happy to just put this down as a coincidence.Has anyone ever had this type of experience before?I dont know if it was some kind of attack or not or was it really just a million to one coincidence?Im dreading going to bed tonight.Any help muchly appreciated. Thanks,Andy |

Hi Andy and welcome to the forum
It does seem more than coincidence that this happened to both of you at the same time - has anything else happened? I have heard of spirits sitting on peoples legs before and pinning them down etc...
But I wouldn't worry about going to be tonight - if something happens it happens - worrying won't do any good. |

If it has been aching all day - did you go to the doctor? |

Welcome to the forums, Andylip. From reading your post, that's what it seems like. There's nothing worse than getting muscle cramp in bed. Especially when you are in a hurry to get ready for work! The best way, I find, to get rid of cramp is stand in cold water. It also brings you round quicker than anything first thing in the morning |

I agree with DB and Alex on the Cramp thing. As for the Scratch... I often wake up with one or two on my forehead, roughly in the same position every time. Have checked the Pillows for Zips, etc. Personally, I blame my Girlfriend's long Nails I keep telling her to cut them! |

I wake up with scratches on my arms quite frequently. Sometimes they draw blood. I used to think I was being Poltergeisted but I came to realise I was doing them myself in my sleep.
