I have heard of spirits sitting on peoples legs before and pinning them down etc... But I wouldn't worry about going to be tonight - if something happens it happens - worrying won't do any good. ... The best way, I find, to get rid of cramp is stand in cold water. It also brings you round quicker than anything first thing in the morning ... I agree with DB and Alex on the Cramp thing. As for the Scratch... I often wake up with one or two on my forehead, roughly in the same position every time. Have checked the Pillows for Zips, etc. Personally, I blame my Girlfriend's long Nails I keep telling her to cut them! ...
