All you'd need is a guy dressed all in black with a sheet over his head, a wire attached to the sheet & threaded over a high branch. The guy walks a while , someone pulls the wire, he's wearing black so he blends into the background (more so with poor quality footage), the sheet flys off into the tree & out of shot & hey presto , 1 "ghost video" lol ...
