Hey there. I have an interest in the paranormal but little knowledge. I have a question about an experience.

This is in relation to my house. Sometimes I can hear what sounds like footsteps on the landing of my house. It sounds like a heavy footed person stomping across.

Other members of the family have heard them too.

I don't feel any threat or fear, if anything it makes me smile.

Sometimes I wont hear it for months then it would just start up again.

I was wondering what your opinions of this is, and if it might be a spirit. How would I start to try and communicate with them? I have no equipment that you see on these programmes, not even a tape recorder, haha.

Thank you for your time and answers. |

It could be a spirit. If it is not causing any harm, personally I would just leave it be.

Of course it could also be any number of things causing the noise. |

Hi Classic Dame and welcome to the forum. Have you looked at more earthly causes for the sounds rather than jumping to a potentially supernatural explanation?.
