Actuall I just did a quick search OMG, It seems like Enfield is a hotbed of activity. Quite a few stories about peoples encounters with the coach, and a few people have mentioned about the Witch of the chase.. Amazing what you find when you google it

so is that a dig at me as though i'm lying ?

To be honest I very much doubt it, Pamela doesn't strike me as the snide type. I'd guess it's more a genuine surprise at the amount google can turn up about a seemingly average town

Why Would I make out you are lying, You have genuinly got me interested in researching more about Enfield. I could say to you that there is a ghost of a lady who hauntes Caerphilly Castle by the name of alice which a few people have seen, But until you have researched it yourself you would not believe the amount of times it is mentioned through peoples eye eitness accounts on the net.

Regarding that pic:

There is a series of photo's all on a reel that were taken with a motor driven camera that takes i think 6 pics a second or something like that. What you don't show is the previous image where the child is in bed laying down so she goes from in bed laying down to mid air as seen in the image above in something like 0.6 seconds. The next photo she's almost to the other side of the room.

You try getting out of bed keeping the sheets neat (ish) as seeing in the photo and jumping enough to get yourself all the way across a 14 foot room. in just a couple of seconds.

People are far to ready to dismiss this kind of thing with out the facts. It's so easy to say 'oh that didn't happen' as we have no proof that it did and could not get it but as much as we can't prove it, you can't prove it didn't happen either.

I'm not having a go as i have no more proof that anyone else. We can only view the facts and make up our own mind. If you read the book 'This house is haunted' you will get the facts as they happened....if you believe them to be true.

At the end if the day you (and i) will/can only believe what we see with our own eyes!! Very Happy

As previously mentioned - the girls hair gives it away. It's in a position indicative of being in the down portion of a jump up - basic physics. If the girl was genuinely levitating it wouldn't be in the position that it's in.

I read This House is Haunted when it was first published. It's a great read and an enlightening insight into some strange events but it is mostly the biased opinions of the authors in those pages.
I have great respect for the late Maurice Grosse (and the current Guy Playfair) but their methodology and investigative techniques and conclusions have been called into question on more than one occasion in relation to the Enfield case.

Some folks just can't take criticism. If you can't stand the heat, don't become a chef.
