Every time it was always something that made no difference, never anything life changing and it would be months or years before it would happen. for example, I had a dream when I was 10 that didn't come true until I was 19. when it does happen I always recognize it, not matter the time between the dream and the event taking place. So what I want is advice on how to develop this into something more. P.S. I'm not sure if this helps, but I was raised in a strong religious family (Mormon), but got away from that some time ago thank you for your help ...
