Do you have pram etiquette?

I was walking along the street today. Wall on one side (of train station) & buses barrelling along street on other. Two girls walking towards me. One with a side by side double pram the other with a front & back double pram. Both loaded with bags of New Year sales shopping.
As we got closer neither of them made an effort to go in single file. I actuallery just stopped & said to the girl in front of me "You aren't driving a Mack truck." She gave a big huff & walked around me as her friend had continued on. Then they just muttered something expletive back at me.
The little old lady behind me said "No manners these girls".
I may have been rude in saying that but where were the little old lady & I supposed to go?
Do you have pram etiquette or do you drive your pram like a Mack truck expecting others to get out of your way when walking down a street?
