                                | Thanks Ghosthunter616.
 Let's look at the facts:

It features activity that could be replicated using fishing wire and springs.

There's no activity close to the camera.

There's no background story or any other evidence supporting it with independent, impartial verification.

Videos shot in the same kitchen (from a different angle) show evidence of wires etc.

But - most important of all - it's on YouTube.

For DIY Ghost Hunting kits you already have all the equipment you need - your eyes, ears and hopefully logic.

Two very good books will help far more than any home made EMF meters etc when it comes to evaluating the likelyhood of the paranormal in any given location.

 1. Pseudoscience and the Paranormal by Terence Hines
 2. How to think about weird things by Lewis Vaugh & Theodore Schick.

Good point Flossy. This is why we have to take YouTube videos with a pinch of sceptical salt. If a house has repeated Polt activity that happens in full view of cameras (a rarity in genuine Polt cases) then the parapsychological community and the media would be all over the location like a rash. It would be Enfield times ten.
