We all attend our own funerals don't we?. Otherwise we're not dead.

I'm guessing that you're asking if there is any evidence to suggest that our spirits go to the funeral of our physical bodies.
Evidentially (ie evidence supported by scientific testing, repeatability and peer review) there is no evidence for the survival of the soul, life force, personality etc beyond physical and more specifically- brain death. There are numerous anecdotal accounts, however the plural of anecdote is not evidence and whilst very interesting, these stories are veridically worthless.

It's a common misconception that we lose 21 grams at the point of death - supposedly the weight of the soul. Complete rubbish IMO. Tests were carried out by a Dr. Duncan McDougal but his methodology was flawed.

I heard the same thing about the 21 grams you lose after death.
The movie 21 Grams was pretty good.
Sean Penn is in it.

Angelwings, I would recommend you reading ‘Many Lives Many Masters’ book by Brian Weiss. This will answer all your queries about Death, reincarnation etc., |
