There have been many reports in the local newspaper about this pub just a mile away from where I live called The Three Jolly Sailors in Burniston. They say there are a few ghosts in it including Geroge who sits on the log and it should never be removed or the landowner will have bad luck and Bill who is in the resterant. Take a look.

As a sceptic I'm not convinced the experiences detailed in that vigil had anything to do with ghosts or spirits but everything to do with subjective feelings, drafts and confirmation bias. The pub certainly looks worthy of further (hopefully) scientific investigation.
