Looks like more UFOs are being seen over the skies of Arizona and Nevada if this report is anything to go by.
But what are witnesses really reporting and people really filming?.
Genuine alien craft, the planet Venus, stars, meteors?

Well this doesn't sound like a meteorite to me.
It was reported hovering and I beleive thats imposible for a meteorite.
It is very suspisious...
A nearby base
Comonly repoted sightings
Many witnesses |

You're righty - meteors don't hover but that depends on how much trust you place in the witness testimony that the object 'hovered'.
Bright stars and the planet Venus 'hover' and often move due to the Autokinetic effect.
A nearby base? most big cities in the USA have a 'nearby base' so nothing unusual there. 'Many witnesses'? this was widely reported in the media - many confirmed sightings are expected, they're all going outside and seeing the planet Venus

Some neighbors saw the strange light in the sky and it didn't
'hover'.
Probably will never get an accurate testimony.

Perhaps not when they veiwed it.
If I lived in the states as you do Bitter, i'd go camping at groom lake.
Chances of seeing somthing are massive.
Your right next door too.
Then again what with being right on top of the Pheonix lights perhaps that seems a little boring. |

I wouldn't say boring Scott.
We have seen all kinds of "unexplained" things in the skies. I really believe they are falling stars, planets, or the military
doing maneuvers. Over all I believe there is some sort of explanation
for them all.
If there is other life out there I don't understand why they don't make
a 'house call'. Good grief...this drive by crap is getting old. Come
to the door why don't they and introduce themselves like a good nieghbor.

Agentscott, I definitely would, although those signs saying lethal force is authorised may make some people think twice |

Ahh yes there are those,
Just camp nearby and make sure to read any sighposts.
That is the ultimate question really why dont they stop by.
Perhaps they have aleardy in a nice, way to communicate with us without being to scary, perhaps crop circles are their way of saying hi.
It looks like it's gonna be quite clear tonite, think I will do a little star watching. |

If you were lucky you'd get arrested, deported and banned from re-entering the USA or they might just shoot you dead.

As far as the psychological end goes, like why would the ETs not just stop and say hello - who knows what way an alien race would think - whether they are highly logical, imaginative and creative, sympathetic or brutal. They could look at us as an interesting evolving species, or they could just look at us as lab rats. Maybe they just don't want to interfere, and would believe we as a species are not ready to be made aware of them - all just thoughts |

Their policy of not interfering doesn't seem to be working

But if they are only observing, it doesn't matter if it is working or not - they could have a rule that if a species does not make it past this technological sge without destroying itself then so be it. |

Are 'they' all reading the same rulebook?.

Tbh it's all hypothetical - I don't even know if any aliens have been here, so I don't know if they all have the same rulebook - maybe some follow the Quran and the others follow the Bible |
