|
|
I'm going to firstly highlight that i am a skeptical believer. I try not to rush and jump on the "UFO" wagon.
However, this experience does stick in my mind.
I have made a habit of being the latest up in my house some nights. It was one of these nights.
I was lying in bed, not feeling tired but just thinking. Lost in thought, i found myself suddenly roused by the strangest sound.
This was 2am in the morning. I live in a closely nit street and we have a railway track about 5 miles away. It is not a major line and has no sleepers.
The noise could be described as sounding slightly similar to a dryer, except with a strange vibration sound and the strange feeling it gave me. I went to the kitchen and stood in the back door. The noise became louder but i didn't dare look out, as it sounded like it was right above my house (Not scared of spirits but UFO's...at the time did freak me out a bit)
I ran back in the house, locked the doors and sat in my room. I then heard the noise settle a bit and it became quieter.I then heard noises out in the back garden accompanied by dogs barking. The noise eventually got louder and seemed to move off before going quiet.
To this day, i have no idea what the noise was. I try to keep myself rational and i know i should have looked to see what it was. So i'm stuck not knowing. |

I was curious at the time. The fact it was freezing and i was in my lounge pants helped cement staying inside.
I did look out the door and couldn't see anything but i stood just near the frame.
Since then, I've experienced other things and i know now, i would run for my shoes... :D.
It's strange in the sense my mum had UFO experiences also. none of my siblings have had anything though. |

ive had a few experiences myself, always through the night usually about 2/3am
things like this probably happen through the day too but we don't notice because of everyday noises |

Do you have a fair amount of activity where you are?
We have a lot of military bases nearby. So between black helicopters flying overhead and strange noises, we have it pretty interesting. Not quite as much as other places but not boring. |

not really, its just what I've seen
although one of my friends did see something the other night that he couldn't explain
he said it was a bright orange orb hovering in the sky then shoot off, he made the mistake of commenting about it on Facebook and of course got the micky took out of him.
lesson learnt there lol |
