Does anyone else here read tarot cards? I have been doing readings for friends and family for over ten years now and really have fun doing it. |

Hi, yes i do read the tarot cards i have been doing it not much longer than yourself (about 12 years) theres many ways of reading the cards, for the begginers there are basic meanings for each card and its place and position in the spread (..and which way up it is and also depending on what spread it is!) and then theres the other way which is a graduation of the first you combine the previous with visulisation and between the two you very often get the right 'answers' but obviously nothing is 100%

I've never even seen tarot cards. I don't know if I'd want to see the future. |

you dont need tarot cards if your a natural reader, i have used playing cards all my life.
i was with my gran when i was 9 years old and she was spreading playing cards on the floor, i asked if i could play too and she laughed.
i'm not playing a game i am asking the cards something, she answered.
well i understood straight away and i looked at the cards and read them to her, she gathered them all up and gave them to me then said they chose me!
gran explained that you dont choose the type or way you read it comes to you. |

it would be not only confusing for you if i tried to explain but also wrong of me to share the way i read, not because i want it to be my secret or anything but everyone reads differently, a jack of spades to me signifies an older male above 30 but below 50 years of age and he is a black card so he is hurt angry or sad but, my gran read a jack of spades as a dark night of trouble ahead but nither i or my gran have ever been wrong in our readings so cards all speak a secret language to each of their readers.
like i say the cards choose you not the other way around. |

how did the tarot cards get in to your possesion, did you buy them or something.
it could be that your not ready yet.
some poeple dont start reading untill later in life.
my gran started reading cards at the grand age of 40, she said it just happened, she got a pack of playing cards from her dad in his will, they were special to her because they were a wedding gift to her parents and they had her mums and dads names on them all in gold writing, she got them out to play one evening and she said she could see other meanings in the cards.
i think we all have it but its got to find its way to us if you know what i mean. |

how long ago did was this, i am asking because i am a great believer in fate and coinsidence.
once i was given a crystal ball, it was wrapped in a black silk cloth, my brother found it in the boot of a car in the scrap yard while he was searching for parts.
a couple of days before this i was in town shopping for clothes when my mum pulled me over to a shop window that displayed glass orbs and crystals and the woman in the shop came to the door and asked us to come in and look around, i stood there like a statue in that shop while my mum picked out some healing crystals for herself, i felt ill, i wanted out as quick as possible but i felt rude just walking out so i waited for mum.
when we stepped out of the shop i felt a little better then the lady came back to the doorway and asked if i was ok, i told her what happened and she gave me a nasty look and shut the door.
when i touched this crystal ball that my brother got me i felt the same and was reminded of the day in that shop.
i knew it was not good and took it back to the scrap yard, it was not mine to find.
but on the other hand some coinsidences are there to pull us towards the thing we should do,be,see or have.
think about how it makes you feel and allow your mind to wonder over things and your instinct will kick in and choose.
if you ignore your instinct then your spirit will guide you in a more obvious way, it just takes i little longer thats all |

it does doesnt it bitter.guess its only right that we dont get these gifts till we are ready for them and then we only get the ones that best suit us. |
