I believe my boyfriend is being haunted by some kind of spirit. He's recently been having strange nightmares and experiencing noises and a sense that someone is watching him.
First Dream:
Awoken by a bright flash of light, complete sleep paralysis, he says someone was watching him, there was a presence. He was very scared and sweating profusely.
Second Dream:
Awoke in a pool of sweat, breathing very heavy and very fast, he woke me up asking if I was okay over and over. When I got up I could see he was very distressed and uneasy I tried to calm him down but it seemed that he was afraid of me! He was pulling away and looking around the room (mostly at one corner of the room). I begged him to tell me what the dream was, he finally said I was possessed and wouldn't wake up. (still looking around the room) he said someone is watching me. I was very freaked out because he began shaking and breathing harder. I tried to calm him down for a good 15 min. He finally didn't seem as frightened of me. He told me that he thought I was going to hurt him again, he told me I bit him when I woke up. I never bit him. He eventually fell asleep. In the morning he didn't remember any of it.
A Week Later:
He awoke to someone knocking on his door. When he got up to open it he heard foot steps running up the stairs (his room is in the basement). He went upstairs and no one was home.. He went back to sleep to be awoken again by knocking but this time it was upstairs at the front door (which would be very loud for him to hear in the basement). He ignored it for a min and then the knock came again louder and more furious. He ran upstairs and threw the door open, not one was there.
He says there are more nightmares and he is bitten in all of them. He always feels that someone is watching. He is constantly uneasy. And I am in all of his dreams, either I am lost or disappear or I'm possessed. I'm afraid for him, and for myself. Could this be a malevolent spirit or poltergeist? Demon? Please help me out here |
