Just recently I have been hearing noises such as breathing, heavy breathing behin my back but when I look I don't see anything, both me and my family have experience this.

You may want to look into what was there before your
house was built.
Might have been an older residence some time ago.
Keep us informed.
Very Happy

It might be that nothing has happened in your house, but they maybe something connected to your furniture etc. Do you have antique furniture?
My house never had activity until my brother went metal detecting. He bought home various Victorian, Georgian, and medieval artifacts. Within a week, he woke up in his room and heard loud breathing, the handset of the phone rocked on its own, and one of the artifacts he'd found that he hung on a nail, was laying on his computer desk, but the nail was in still in situ. It had just came off, in the middle off the night. All these things only happened in his room.

Only of a certain age, and quantity and value. If you find a half worn Georgain coin or even a single worn Roman coin, or half a Roman broach for example then no, you don't have report it.
If you find hoards of coins,Gold, expensive looking artifacts (like the Alfred jewel) then yes , it has to be registered under the national treasures act.

what if you found a coin or little bag of coins in a farmers field type of thing, who has the right of it or you or the government?
what if you didnt know how old it was and just kept it as you liked the look of it?

Well, one coin...its yours.
A bag, or hoard, then you have to declare it. The coins will stay in a museum, and the profit will be split between the farmer and yourself. Technically its the farmers property, and he sells it to the museum, but get some of the money for finding it.
You could keep it, and no-one would know, but most metal detectorists want the real money for it, or are very curious as to how old they are and if there is any settlement on that site. Most people would love the opertunity to say they've discovered a Roman site...as well as have a few ££££££ in the bank for finding it. What would you choose ?

I tend to forget that antiques also may bring in
spirits/ghosts into the home.
