Huge Phone Line/Internet Problem. (Sky)?
About 2 Weeks ago my phone line went dead, then 2 days later it went back up. After it went back up I had no internet on it and after phoning sky they informed me that there is internet on my account but not going through down the line. Well fine, So they agreed to re order it (not paying just putting it back on my line) then after that, I re called in 10 days like they said and confirmed it. I then had to wait another 3 days for it to but put on my line. After 3 days, no internet and after calling them they said they accidentally put it on someone Else's line....So then I ordered it again and they said 3 days. So I re called in 3 days and guess what? no internet still waiting and they simply said its coming through my line and should be working when its clearly not. After that they told me they will call me back within 72 hours (Again....) to run some tests (For the 4th time)

argh i feel for you julie, theres nothing worse than haveing internet/connection problems
