Ghost hunting plumbers?

Ghost Hunters is mmmm? Silly.. in fact mmm very silly indeed.
Its a butch version of Most haunted.
Wouldn't it be nice to turn the TV on and watch a group of scientifically based advanced scientific types producing controlled psychical research investigations within know apparant haunted locations. No glamour just facts. Imagine the way the general population would react!
No screaming? No gimmicks? Then skeptical people would very rightly be able to keep track of each investigation and come to almost educated conclusions " I say almost simply because to come to a real conclusion they'd have to be there". It would put the cat amongst the pegeons.
Yes D.B its me again with the dreadfull spelling, Im sorry. But the intent is there.

Good point Iain. I doubt the show would see more than a few episodes aired though as the investigation methods used would dictate that virtually nothing would happen. 99% of the investigations I went on resulted in nothing being detected, seen or recorded. True scientific paranormal investigation is not particularly viewer friendly, exciting or a ratings winner - unless you're a pair of Ghost Hunting plumbers or a woman in a long black coat that's scared of her own shadow with a film crew with a penchant for throwing pebbles.

That would be a good scenario Ian, it will never happen though for simular reasons as UFO secrets. We will only get the crap like Most Haunted because they want the scene ridiculed.
The secret holders don't want the public realising that ghosts are real and its all to do with spiritual stuff, who knows the potentual that might unlock.
They want it ridiculed and made to look unbeleiverble and darn right silly.
