Another similar thing I have read about is replacement cloning, were basically if human cloning is ever allowed to go ahead and legalised, and eventually perfected - basically clone someone, and when they get old transfer their brain into the clone and they will have a fresh body - although whether or not consciousness will remain who knows - eg: all the persons memories etc... |

He's not saying we'll live forever - that would be a disaster. We're still going to die but just not in the timescale we're used to. There will always be people who see ghosts, contact the dead and search for the 'truth' because it really is 'out there'.

Yeah I know - it's about the longevity of life, but in the future who knows how long people will live for with advances in medicine, surgical techniques, genetics, robotics etc... |
