This might happen to you, but when you shudder, you say someone is walking over your grave right? Well I just had a horrible thought... what if it is spirits passing through you? ... From my experince a spirit passing through you does not make you shudder, it makes you feel as if you are being dipped in dry ice. Chilled to the soul. ... They're a bit like Vampires...you have to invite them in either intentionally (as in spirit writing) or uninentionally (as in an unschooled person using a Ouiga board). A spirit passing through somebody more than likely isn't aware you're there in the first place. remember, they are on a different plane of reality than us. ...
